I was inspired by the beautiful, Kelle Hampton to create a mini bucket list after she wrote this post last week. I think its a creative way to remind yourself to have fun & have fun little projects and activities to look forward to throughout your week. I think this is definitely something I’m going to keep up. It really helped to lift my spirits a bit after the whole Memorial Day flooded basement thing. So here it is, friends:
Alea’s very own painted flower pot with the flowers she picked out.
I made homemade brownies for my dear friend Maggie for letting us borrow her husband’s shop vac. It broke under our care, but she wouldn’t let us pay her for a new one or go get theirs fixed… so we paid in brownies!
I actually learned how to curl my hair! I love how it turned out… but it went flat in like 5 minutes. I wasn’t too pleased with that, so if anyone knows how to help my tresses keep the curls that probably take me an hour to do, I’m listening!
I had too much fun making these little markers for my herb garden. So quick, so easy… that’s my kinda craft!
My best-friend Bobbi (who lives way too far away in Lousiana) and I decided that we need to be pen pals again. So I wrote her a letter. Letters are just more fun than text messaging, am I right?
If you were to write a mini bucket list, what would you challenge yourself to do in a week?
