Well, there you have it! No shower, make-up, teeth unbrushed, and my silly daughter bouncing all over the place. Nothing picture-perfect about that (besides Alea of course), but this is my life and this is what you would see if you popped in unexpected on any given morning. Okay, and sometimes in the afternoon too.
P.S. I'm going to be doing a little Q&A next week on questions I've been asked regarding my experience with the 30 day shred, so if you have any questions for me ask away in the comments below!

dishes. the bane of my existence. i always have a pile. :)
ReplyDeleteAWW your daughter is too sweeet, what a cutie!! :)
ReplyDeleteI just love who you are, my friend. :) Thanks for getting real! And I'm seriously in love with your daughter.
ReplyDeleteawwww, you are just super cute. even unshower, pimple on your chin and all. i totally agree, sometimes we forget that people have a life beyond the blog and what they write or post. i personally find it hard to relate to a blogger when their posts are always happy cheery and lack life substance. xoxox
ReplyDeleteDon't worry hun, that's most people's lives. Only reason I have been washing my hair everyday is because I've been swimming. One I stop, it will most likely go back to every other day, if not longer again.
ReplyDeleteI have been so lazy this summer when it comes to getting dressed, hair, and makeup. I wear eyeliner. That's about it. And I MIGHT Straighten my bangs. It just doesn't seem worth it when I'm not going out where people who's opinion that I care about see me.
Btw. Your Alea is absolute adorable. :]
Aw, you and your daughter are so cute! I love watching videos from other Bloggers but I'm way too chicken to post any myself, lol.

I love that your keeping it real! That how my mornings are too. I still haven't showered, probably won't till my husband gets home from work, I've brushed my teeth, my house is falling apart so that I can catch up on my favorite blogs, my 2 year old isn't even in underwear...just naked (I hope that changes lol) but it's life as a mom....glad to know I'm not the only one :)
ReplyDeleteLove the keeping it real :) I think it's definitely something I can get caught up in forgetting that not everything is as "perfect" as it seems.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter (who is 11 months) got so happy when Alea was talking at the beginning, but when she went away Quinn started yelling then went back to playing, haha!
I absolutely loved this and your daughter is adorable!
ReplyDeleteI loved getting to know the real Chelsea today! And I totally feel you on the being lazy and not getting dressed. That's been me the past few days!
I like the real you! And the real Alea! :) And yay for summer breaks!
ReplyDeleteI really liked your post :) One of my favorites. I just started blogging and I was talking with my sisters last night telling them a lot of the blogs don't even seem like real people and wasn't sure if I was going to keep doing it. I really appreciate your honesty!!!
