homemade tortilla chips

Here's a question for you. So, you have a jar of homemade salsa you're just dying to try teasing you in your fridge, but you don't have any chips to eat it with. What do you do? Go to the store? Yeah, but what if your little one is napping? You make your own + that's just what I did.

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Coat both sides of 2 tortillas (or as many as you need) with cooking oil of any kind.
3. Sprinkle garlic salt, ground red pepper, Lawry's + chili powder.
4. Use a pizza cutter to cut tortillas into triangles.
5. Bake for 7 minutes.

Keep a close eye though, because it doesn't take long at all and you don't want to end up with burnt chips! Enjoy!
