I’m all about treating myself with dessert every once in a while. What’s life without dessert, right? I can’t help but feel a little guilty whenever I take that extra scoop of ice cream or douse my ice cream with loads of fudge and well, calories! There’s no way I’m getting into a swimsuit this summer after that, amiright? You don’t need all that extra fudge or calories to make a truly yummy & sweet-tooth satisfying dessert now though!
All it takes a sprinkle of crushed Werther’s Original Sugar Free Caramel Coffee + regular flavored hard candies! I sprinkled them over my favorite light vanilla bean ice cream for a dessert with very little guilt + lots of yum! I also use my mini anthro latte bowls to keep my portion sizes down. It’s hard not to fill an entire bowl full of ice cream, but these little bowls are perfect for the 1/2 cup serving size that’s the actual serving size for ice cream believe it or not!
I love that these are the perfect size to grab quick after a meal. Don’t tell me I’m the only one who has to have something sweet after dinner or after any meal in general. I keep them in a little dish conveniently on my kitchen counter so I can grab a quick, guilt-free sweet treat after I eat!
