Every parent just thinks their kids are the cutest thing ever, don’t they? I’ve seen, heard, and read a lot lately that posting too many pictures of your kids on your blog can turn readers away, or if you post too many pictures of your kids on Instagram you’ll lose followers as a result. Everyone has their own opinion on this topic, I’m sure, but in my opinion, it’s my space and I’ll do what I want with it. I use my blog and Instagram to help keep track and document my sweet little Alea Lou and it also helps me share photos of her with family who doesn’t get to see her too often. If you don’t like it, then move on.
Still here? Then I figured you might need a little hump day giggle to lift your spirits so you can make it through the second half of your week. These are just a couple videos I had been hoarding on my phone and finally uploaded to Photobucket after iOS7 came out. Mama had to make room for that update, ya know.
Little miss thang has started using her hands when she talks. Her gestures become exponentially pronounced with the seriousness of the topic or the information that she’s trying to get across to you. In the video above she’s trying to convince me that she needs a play house. A playhouse for “humans” I must add. And trust me, a play house is a very serious matter to a three-year-old.
Those bedtime kiss attacks and the giggles that result are just about my favorite thing about bedtime. It totally makes up for the tantrums that come before when I’m begging her to let me finish brushing her teeth so I can get rid of the rest of the “cavity germs.” And god forbid I make her go potty before bedtime. What was I saying? Oh yes, these giggles make it all worth it!
Sometimes it takes a lot to get daddy’s attention, apparently. Now I know where Alea gets her selective hearing from 😉
Seriously, who doesn’t like cute little kid videos and pictures? I know my day wouldn’t be complete without them!
