This year I had to work Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at work. I would’ve traded it to work New Years Eve and New Years Day in a heartbeat, but that didn’t work out as I would’ve wanted. We made the most of Christmas with me working, but now it’s time to get planning for a fun New Years Eve. Cory and I aren’t really ones to go out and celebrate on New Years or anything. We’re kind of home bodies and would rather stay at home and celebrate with our little Alea. This year we’ve got some fun plans up our sleeves to make it a fun little New Years Eve bash with her and I just can’t wait!
On December 19th, All Hail King Julian came to Netflix. And to celebrate it’s arrival we’re throwing a little All Hail King Julian party on New Years Eve. Complete with a silly faces photo booth, kid-friendly trail mix and kid-friendly green punch. You better believe we’ll be celebrating with noise-makers and lots and lots of giggles as well!
Tonight we’re even planning on celebrating the New Year a little earlier. There’s no way I could or would want to keep Alea up all the way until the ball drops at midnight! Not happening. She would be an absolute crank and so would I. Not to mention how she’d be acting New Years Day. That’s why I’m forever grateful that Netflix and All Hail King Julian have teamed up and made this adorable early New Years countdown! It’s perfect for those of us with littles! They get to celebrate and we get the luxury of celebrating on our own when midnight really does roll around. It’s a win-win!
Now that we’ve got our New Years Eve all planned out (even if it is a little last minute), I better go get working on some more New Years resolutions. If 2015 is anything like 2014 for us, it’s going to be a crazy one! I’m bracing myself!
How are you celebrating New Years Eve?
