Valentine’s Day isn’t a favorite of many, but it’s certainly one of my favorite holidays. Alea’s been over the moon excited about Valentine’s day this year, especially because it’s her turn to bring a treat to share at her Valentine’s party at preschool. We even picked out a pretty new pink + red outfit for her to wear to the party. It’s so adorable how excited she’s getting!
I was hoping we could bring some yummy Snack Pack pudding to share with the class, but they assigned her store-bought cookies. Boring! So, I decided we’d have our very own little Valentine’s party! And decided to surprise Alea with a special little pudding-cup bar. Mix-ins as far as the eye can see, let me tell you! And of course, a little craft station to make her very own “love bug” pudding cup. I mean, what little kid wouldn’t love this? Right?
Snack Pack Pudding Mix-In Ideas:
1. Teddy Graham crackers
2. Chocolate chips
4. Banana chips
6. Snack Pack pudding cups of course!
(We found all of our ingredients + the Snack Packs at Walmart!)
Love Bug Craft Materials:
1. Pipe cleaners
2. Googly eyes
3. Construction paper
This is where you give your little one creative freedom to make their very own little pudding love bug. Googly eyes are a must along with the pipe cleaners, but everything else you can collect from around your house. That’s what we did! Have your little one decorate their love bug prior to picking out their mix-in ingredients and let them go to town! This is the fun part afterall!
Okay, maybe I lied. Eating the pudding cups is the best part. Yum! My favorite mix-in combination was the banana chips and chocolate chips in the Vanilla Snack-Pack. Alea’s favorite, however, was a little bit of everything… of course! We also loved the new easy-open lids! Alea was even able to open them all on her own– I love it when she’s able to do things independently!
What kind of mix-ins would you add to your Snack Pack?
