I know I can’t be the only one who buys the same things over and over again at Target. Maybe we can start a fan club? A fan club where we all talk and discuss all of the things that we can’t stop buying at Target. We can sit on metal folding chairs and go around in a circle. I’ll start, “Hi my name is Chelsea and I can’t stop buying lip balm at Target.” And you all will respond, “Hi Chelsea!” And so forth. No 12-step program required, though, because this clearly cannot be defined as a “problem.” We don’t have a problem. These things are all justifiable!
Burts Bees, EOS lip balm, you name it, I buy it. I literally have chap sticks and lip balms in every room of the house and every purse I own. I probably have more than I need and you may think I’m preparing for a lip balm apocalypse, but you just never know. And they’re only like $4. Who can say no to that?
002. A notebook:
Pretty notebooks get me every.single.time. I always buy the ones that are absolutely adorable and only $3.99. Once again, another $4 purchase that I have the hardest time saying no to. You always need more notebooks for wish lists, grocery lists, to do lists, every kind of list. They’re a necessity!
I should buy stock in post-it notes for as many times as I buy them. It’s almost a sickness. I don’t even use them half the time but the bright colors just scream my name!
Cory gives me crap for all of the pens I own. I have baggies and zipper pouches full of them, but always seem to need more. I tend to lose the pens I bring to work or “acquire” pens I find at work. I’m a bit of a pen snob though, so only certain brands will do. I’ve even rubbed off a bit on Alea, who prefers “Ink Joy” pens to other brands. Ha!
Other Frequent Buys:
– Water bottles
– Coffee cups
What do you never leave Target without?
