In this house, we love to dance. Whether it’s during a kitchen dance party while we’re waiting for dinner to cook or while we’re brushing our teeth, we love ourselves a good 10 second dance party. It gets the wiggles and the giggles out and I truly think it brings us closer together! I may not be the best dancer in the world, but I love that Alea always encourages me to keep dancing and still thinks I’m cool even when I’m probably not. (Haha!)
This year’s Just Dance 2016 game is bring us closer together, as well, and encouraging even more impromptu dance parties. You know, ones where we can actually learn the moves to the songs that we’re dancing to! It’s such a great family activity and the perfect way to shake off that extra slice of pie you just had to have!
I’d like to think I’ve got the moves down to All About That Bass by Meghan Trainor and Uptown Funk by Mark Ronson ft. Bruno Mars. But, maybe I’ll keep practicing just in case! I mean, even if I do learn those, I’ll still have 38 more songs to learn– lots of great top hits!
With Just Dance 2016, you can even use your phone as a controller using the app on iTunes, Google Play, or the Windows Store. That way, if you get a lot of people together for the holidays and you don’t have enough controllers for everyone, your guests can just sync up with the app! I love this new feature!
Bring this along to your next holiday get together or give it as a gift to the children or tweens in your family and you’ll be sure to have a great time! It’s not just a video game, it’s a get-up-and-shake-your-groove-thang game! We love it!
Do you and your littles love to dance in the living room as well?
