Picture this: Me, 15 weeks pregnant staring at the long aisle of wines at the supermarket. True story. For some odd reason and as much as I hate to admit it, during this pregnancy I’ve been craving a nice cold glass of wine! After a few minutes, an employee asked me if I needed help finding anything and he was nice enough to direct me to the FRE Moscato wine—an alcohol removed wine! I decided that would be perfect to combine with a little sparkling water and some fruit to create a delicious wine spritzer.
This would be perfect to share at a baby shower or events where you know a pregnant mama will be attending.

If you’re like me, then I’m sure you’re wondering how in the world there can be an alcohol-free wine. Well, they use the revolutionary spinning cone column to remove the alcohol while preserving the delicious flavor of the wine. And trust me, it’s still very delicious!
I’m just absolutely tickled pink to be able to enjoy the taste of wine while I’m pregnant without actually drinking wine– because that would not be okay! This sweet little recipe would be easy to create in a larger quantity in a punch bowl or a beverage dispenser of some sort. You could even set-up a little “wine bar” and have various fruits for guests to use as garnishes! Yum!
What kind of fruit would you add to your wine spritzer?
