Now that summer is in full swing here, I’ve been all about the iced beverages. Whether it’s iced tea, iced chai tea, or an iced coffee– iced anything is my beverage of choice right now. Just ask my friends at work, I’m always asking them to go grab a quick iced coffee or iced chai!
More specifically, I’ve been loving this Coconut Caramel Iced Chai I’ve been whipping up. I love coconut and I love caramel, so the two together is just the most divine combination!
1. Toasted Coconut + Cashew Silk® Nutchello™
2. Chai concentrate
3. Caramel syrup
4. Whipped cream
1. Line the glass with caramel syrup.
2. Add iced cubes in the glass and fill halfway full with Toasted Coconut + Cashew Silk® Nutchello™
3. Fill the glass the rest of the way with chai concentrate.
4. Add whipped cream and top with caramel syrup.
You can whip this up in just a couple minutes while you’re on your way out the door for work, which I love, or you can make a big batch if you’re having friends over! It’s just a great, refreshing drinking– especially with the addition of the Silk® Nutchello™ Coconut + Cashew milk. It’s a dairy-free alternative for those of your friends who may not consume dairy and it’s a great change of pace for your milk-drinking friends as well. It’s even delicious and refreshing on it’s own over ice! Yum!
