Can you believe that we’re literally days away from the New Year? I just sent a frantic text to my husband, actually, because I realized Christmas is around the corner and we have yet to take our Christmas card photo and therefore we haven’t ordered our Christmas cards OR sent them out yet. If you ask me, 2016 is going down as the fastest year in history. I feel like I was just celebrating the New Year with delicious seafood with Cory’s family, but really we’re planning our Christmas celebrations and our upcoming New Years plans. How does life continue to go by faster and faster each year as an adult?
I just don’t understand!
Sure, we all know the basics of being healthy. There’s the working out, the eating healthy, the meditation for a healthy mind, body, and spirit, and everything in between. However, whether you’re single, married, or what have you, it’s also important to think about your health insurance as well this time of the year as well.
We’re currently in the midst of open enrollment and there’s a lot of health insurance information out there. So much in fact, that it can get a little overwhelming and confusing for those trying to make a decision on their health insurance plan.
If you’re on the hunt for a health insurance plan, it’s important to know that there are helpful and useful resources out there so you can make an informed decision.
1. Check out Anthem’s website for more information on your health insurance at http://www.navigatingopenenrollment.com.
2. HealthCare.gov is also a great resource and also where you can apply for your health insurance plan in the open market.
3. Check out the below infographic for clear and concise information—all in one spot!
Health insurance won’t necessarily make you healthier, but it will help you when it comes to healthcare costs that spring up throughout the upcoming year. You certainly don’t want to get sick or suffer from an injury without health insurance. That could be a very costly mistake!
Are you ready for a healthy 2017?
