Did you see my post last week on my 5 favorite beauty products? I thought I’d do one this week on my favorite beauty/make-up products. I don’t know what I would do without these things in my daily beauty routine. They’re 2-in-1 products, products that help keep my skin feeling and looking healthy, and make me feel oh so pretty on those not-so-pretty days! Have you tried any of these yet?
+ Yes to Tomatoes Charcoal mask +
My skin was at its best during my pregnancy with Mckenna. I kid you not, I maybe had 2 zits the entire time I was pregnant! It was glorious! But now that my hormones are trying to regulate themselves again and since starting the pill again, I find myself with the occasional zit on my chin, jawline or nose! Ick! I did NOT miss those! This mask has been my saving grace though and helps to dry out the zits and if I catch them early enough, they usually don’t get all red and inflamed!
+ Honest Beauty Cleanser +
I always try and use more natural beauty products, and this one is one of my new favorites. Sometimes I’m too tired or lazy (or both) at bedtime to do a whole skin care routine but I try so hard not to go to bed with my make-up on. These cleansing wipes have helped immensely! Even if I fall asleep on the couch, I can still stumble into the bathroom and quickly wipe off my make-up before crawling into bed! Easy!
+ Honest Eye Cream +
Now that I’m 27, I decided it’s about time I start my anti-aging regimen. I probably should’ve started years ago. Now that I have a baby I feel like, even though she’s a good sleeper, I’m always tired and I’ve started to get dark circles under my eyes. (Did I mention she’s also the baby that gave me stretch marks? Sheesh!) This eye cream is saving my life, though! I’m already noticing a difference and I love that it’s not full of a bunch of crap and chemicals.
+ Aveeno Tinted CC Cream +
I don’t think I’ve worn foundation for all of 2016 since I found this stuff. There’s enough tint and a light coverage where I don’t need much more than a quick swipe of bronzer and blush on top. It’s magical!
+ Pixi Eyebrow Pencil +
This eyebrow pencil is my JAM. If I do anything before leaving the house, it’s fill in my brows. I have such sparse, thin eyebrows that it’s an absolute must. It helps me feel more put together and this slanted edge on this pencil makes application so easy. Plus, the gel keeps my eyebrows tamed as well!
One beauty product I haven’t found my one true love for, though, is mascara!
Do you have any recommendations? What’s your absolute favorite mascara?
